1. Purpose of the service
Storitev Intuitive Astro Insight is intended for personal reflection, self-exploration and support in personal growth. The insight is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute a fortune-telling service or prediction of the future. All information, explanations and guidance are for informational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for professional or expert advice (medical, psychological, financial or any other).
2. Limitation of liability
The author assumes no responsibility for decisions, actions, or consequences that may arise from the use or interpretation of the information received.
The customer uses the service entirely at his own risk.
3. Personal data protection and GDPR
To perform an astro insight, it is necessary to provide certain personal data, such as:
First and last name,
Date, time and place of birth,
Contact details (email and/or telephone).
3.1 Purpose of processing
Personal data is used exclusively for:
preparation of astrological insight,
communication in connection with the performance of the ordered service.
3.2 Legal basis
Personal data is processed on the basis of the express consent of the customer, given when ordering the service.
3.3 Retention period
Data is kept for the longest time until the service is performed, and then they are deleted unless the customer expressly consents to longer storage.
3.4 Customer rights under GDPR
The customer has the right to:

withdrawal of consent,

4. Reservations, rescheduling and cancellations
The client can make their appointment once rescheduled if notified in time (24 hours before the appointment).
After confirming and paying for the appointment refund is not possible.However, the appointment can be rescheduled to another date.
If the customer cancels after payment, it is only possible to reschedule the appointment, not to request a refund.
5. Final provisions
By purchasing and using the service Intuitive Astro Insight the customer confirms that he/she is aware of these terms and conditions and fully agrees with them.
The author reserves the right to change the terms of use. Changes will enter into force on the date of publication on the website.
